SelfMate
Frequently asked questions
Answers without the sales fog.
What SelfMate does, how it behaves without signal, and what remains under your control.
01
Is SelfMate available now?
The native iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch release is being prepared for the App Store. Contact support for current availability.
02
Do I need internet during a workout?
No. Start, log, edit and finish locally. Your workout record is saved on the device.
03
What kinds of training can I record?
The current library covers common gym strength machines plus treadmill duration, distance, speed and incline.
04
Can I use pounds and miles?
Yes. Choose kilograms/kilometres or pounds/miles in the native app Settings. CSV reports use kilograms and kilometres for consistent exported values.
05
Does SelfMate make a social profile from my workouts?
No. There is no public leaderboard, follower count, advert profile, or social feed built from your history.
06
Do I need to sign in?
No account or sign-in is required. Open the app, name your gym and start the current workout.
07
Can I export my history?
Yes. Export one completed session or all completed sessions as CSV or plain text from the app.
08
Can SelfMate support see my workouts?
No. The developer does not operate a workout-data server and cannot view, recover or delete your local record.
