Accessibility

Usable is a product requirement.

Training changes how you hold a phone: gloves, fatigue, movement, bright rooms, dim rooms, one available hand. The interface has to respect that.

Reachable controls

Core actions use large touch targets designed for a phone held in one hand, including the controls used repeatedly during a session.

Screen-reader meaning

Controls and changing states carry explicit accessibility labels instead of relying on icon shape or colour alone.

Contrast with redundancy

Semantic text/background pairs are tested for readable contrast, and status is never communicated by colour alone.

Content that can move

Sheets, catalogues, tabs, and forms are built to remain reachable when the viewport is small or text is enlarged.
An ongoing responsibility

Accessibility feedback is a bug report, not a feature request.

Tell us the device, assistive technology, text size, screen, and action. We will not ask you to justify why the barrier matters.
Your next session

Help us fix what gets in the way.

If a control is unreachable, unlabeled, too small, or unclear, send the exact screen and action so it can be reproduced.
SELFMATE

Built for the workout, not the feed.

A private gym log that remembers the sets, sessions, and exercise context you want to carry forward.
