How to set it up

1
Set the saddle so the knee retains a slight bend at the bottom of the pedal stroke.
2
Adjust the handlebar to a position that lets the shoulders stay relaxed.
3
Secure the feet in the pedal straps when fitted.

How the movement works

1
Pedal in smooth circles while keeping the knees tracking in line with the feet.
2
Adjust resistance gradually and slow the pedals before leaving the bike.
