How to set it up

1
Secure both feet so the straps cross the widest part of the shoes.
2
Set a moderate damper and hold the handle with relaxed wrists.
3
Begin at the catch with shins near vertical and the torso braced.

How the movement works

1
Drive through the legs first, then open the hips and draw the handle toward the lower ribs.
2
Extend the arms, hinge forward and bend the knees to roll smoothly back to the catch.
