How to set it up

1
Place the hands slightly wider than shoulder width with fingers spread.
2
Extend the legs and brace the torso from head to heels.
3
Use an elevated surface when a floor push-up does not yet stay controlled.

How the movement works

1
Lower the chest toward the floor while the elbows travel back at a comfortable angle.
2
Press the floor away until the arms are long and the body returns as one firm line.
