How to set it up

1
Stand on the side rails before starting the belt and attach the safety clip when available.
2
Begin at a slow speed, then step onto the moving belt.
3
Choose an incline that allows a natural stride without hanging from the rails.

How the movement works

1
Walk naturally as the belt moves beneath you, using the rails only when needed for balance.
2
Change speed or incline gradually and allow the belt to slow before stepping off.
