How to set it up

1
Set the shoulder pads and safety stops for a comfortable squat depth.
2
Place both feet evenly on the platform and keep the back supported.
3
Unlock the carriage only after the knees and toes are aligned.

How the movement works

1
Bend the hips and knees to ride the carriage down while the back stays against the pad.
2
Drive through the whole foot to extend the hips and knees without snapping them locked.
