How to set it up

1
Stand or sit tall with matching dumbbells beside the body.
2
Set the shoulders down and keep the elbows near the ribs.
3
Choose a load that does not require torso momentum.

How the movement works

1
Bend the elbows to curl the dumbbells toward the shoulders without swinging the upper arms.
2
Lower both weights until the arms are long while keeping tension and neutral wrists.
