How to set it up

1
Set the seat and back roller so the machine pivot matches the hip area.
2
Secure the feet and sit with the pelvis supported.
3
Begin in a neutral torso position with the load stack controlled.

How the movement works

1
Hinge the torso backward against the pad while keeping the movement controlled through the hips and trunk.
2
Return toward upright without collapsing forward or using momentum.
